Menucha’s mother wanted to gift her with a new hair piece! Being a longtime friend of Devorah’s, owner of DevWigs, she made an appointment to come see our pieces. She wanted a lacetop construction, with the correct length and type of curl. Due to our large selection of stock wigs, Menucha was able to find just the right piece.

Custom Requirements

This beautiful client has a lower hairline, but that doesn’t scare us! Lace is the perfect material to work with to create a custom wig, even if your hairline is quite low. We discussed density, babyhairs, fitting, and cut.

Personalized DevWig Touch

We sewed in every single hair to create a new hairline that mimiced hers exactly, added beautiful babyhairs to give a gentle frizz and texture at the hairline, and adjusted the density to make it thinner and thicker in all the right places. We had to work a little quicker because we were on a tight timeline since she had to travel back home.

Pickup Process

When Menucha came in to the salon to pick up her new piece, we were all so ecstatic! The beautiful tight curl this slavic hair naturally had was emphasized, to bring out the biggest bounce without applying any heat! We made sure the lace sat flush against her forehead, and she was good to go! Safe to say, we were smiles all around.
